CNC cut models and patterns, large laminated parts, rotocast parts, vac form parts, simulated injection molded parts, simulated compression molded parts, fabricated metal parts, tube bending, composites, foam and rubber parts. If you have an idea for a vehicle, machine, product or part we have an idea how to make it. For working on projects we have 2 - 30' X 50' model rooms that can be combined to make one large room. The rooms have 12' X 14' doors to allow for very large vehicles to be brought in for projects. The model rooms and conference rooms have overhead projectors and internet access for net meetings and real time data transfer while working with project teams in-house or at remote locations. With all our in-house capabilities we can react to your needs and keep things moving to keep up with your tight schedules in a very cost effective manner.  We have just added a FDM to create real plastic parts (ABS, PC-ABS and PPSF) without tooling.
